How to Book

Online Booking

Registration or Log In

  • If you are not registered on Apna Holidays, we recommend to Register Now
  • After Successful verification, set a password and click on Register.
  • You will see a message that you have successfully registered.
  • If you have previously registered before, simply click on Login to access your account with registered mobile number.

Step 1 – Select your tour

  • You can browse over 100 + Group tour options across various India and International destinations to suit your choice.
  • You can check the itinerary and departure dates of these options to make your decision. Alternatively, we are always available to guide you through it on 1800 120 22 00 44.

Step 2 – Select departure city and date

  • Once you have selected the tour suitable for you, select the departure city. Most of the World tours have departures from several cities across India. Also, there is an option for Joining leaving guest, where you can opt to join the tour directly at the first destination and leave the tour at the last destination.
  • After this, you must select the available departure dates, verify the pricing and click on book now.

Step 3 – Select number of guests and room options

  • Enter the number of Adults, children and infants travelling on this tour.
  • We will display the most recommended room options for you.
  • On selection of any of the suitable options, you can click on proceed to move ahead.

Step 4 – Fill in your details

  • Fill in the details of all guests’ room wise.
  • Kindly ensure you enter correct mobile number and email id, as all further communication will be through these channel.
  • After verifying the details, you can now proceed further to Confirmation and payment.

Step 5 – Confirm your details and pay

  • After one final confirmation of your tour details, you can enter the amount that you wish to pay. We accept a minimum amount of INR 10,000.
  • Post the payment, you will see a Booking confirmation screen and also receive confirmation email and SMS from us. Our team will get in touch with you shortly for the further verification process.
  • For any information regarding your tour or any balance payments, you can login to My Account.

You can visit any of our 2 Branches. While visiting Branch or Preferred Sales Partner for booking, please ensure you carry the below things at the time of booking:

1. Travel Documents

India Tours

  • Booking form contents of each guest
  • Photo id proof
  • Registration / Full Payment
  • Residential proof

World Tours

  • Booking form contents of each guest
  • Passport valid for minimum 6 months from the date of arrival at the destination (of all the guests who are travelling). For Malaysian visa, the passport must be valid for 9 months from the date of arrival at the destination.

2.Visa Documentation

On booking the tour, our travel advisor will guide you about all visa formalities as per the consulate. Kindly submit complete visa documents as per submission timeline given by the Travel Advisor. Some consulates may call you for a personal interview.

Note: Passport requirements may differ for certain Embassies/Consulates and are subject to change.

4. Payment Options

Cash Payment

Apna Holidays branch offices accept cash payments with a valid PAN Card copy only. PAN details will be required in case of cash payment in accordance with prevailing Income Tax rules. Sales Partners do not accept cash payments. All transactions need to be processed using Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Apna Holidays will not be held liable regarding any dispute relating to cash transactions.

After the payment is successful, an acknowledgment message is sent to the guest’s registered mobile number. This SMS contains the bank details, the amount credited along with the date and place of payment. In case the SMS is not received, you are requested to contact Apna Holiday’s head office immediately on 1800 120 22 00 44. Overwriting on Cheques is not allowed as per RBI rule.

Payments

Guests who are unable to visit our offices for Booking, can deposit local clearing cheques in any of the below Bank Accounts or can make payment Online through Net Banking.

Kindly note that Outstation cheque is not acceptable.

Also, after making the transfer, intimate the same to us by sending scanned copy/screenshot of bank slip and personal details.

Note: Cash deposit is not allowed in any of the accounts.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Changes in the pre-defined tour programme

Kindly intimate the booking person in advance for any amendment in tour programme so that the necessary arrangements can be made. Additional charges would be applicable.

Cancellation

In case due to unavoidable circumstances you need to cancel the tour. kindly give an application in writing. Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the cancellation policy and the number of days left for the tour departure. The fewer the number of days. higher will be the cancellation charges.
